Cancellation Policy
Deposits must be paid in full 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment.
If rescheduling is necessary due to a late arrival, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
